Heres something rather special, its a BWS100 from taiwan, i bought this off an oldman on yahoo auctions for the rather incredible sum of $400!.

Originally i was going to use this bike as a donor for an engine swap for some lucky individual in the states, but it was so clean and i always wanted a stuntbike, plus i needed something to promote my little business, so the decision was made to keep it and throw everything i have at it!.

Now lets be clear, this is a stuntbike, its primary goal is to fly around my local carpark on one wheel, while also being useable day to day for taking small boxes to EMS and 7-11 errands. So highly tuned it wont be, if anything im planning on keeping the engine as stock as possible!.

The stock bars and clocks were ditched and replaced with a CNC stem and ACCEL bars, the rear lever was replaced with a performance ACCEL one, it feels lovely and has a great snap to it, it almost feels hydraulic!.

Not much else, the throttle cable needs to be removed as its too short to reach due to the higher bars and that front brake and lever just have to go, they are the worst brakes i have ever used in my life, worse than a honda dios front drum brake!.

Replaced the rear shock, i didnt need much adjustment as its not a race bike so i saved a fair amount by getting this model, it still looks cool though and it performs very well!.

The CVT has been replaced, i have a chickenstop clutch and bell and a new variator and rollers, surprisingly just these mods have made it wheelie from a standstill, in fact its so snappy off the line i have decided to put heavier rollers in to level out the power at all speeds. Because of its delivery it was causing long wheelies to become almost impossible as after about 20mph it hits a brickwall and slows right down!. So heavier rollers and softer clutch springs will solve that.

Lastly a RPM radial brake lever has been added, i love these levers to bits and have always wanted to own one, they feel so good!.

Wow big jump..........i didnt get round to updating so i am just going to put all the pics and info in order right now!.

Wheels were painted white, new drum brake was added along with a nice chunky CNC adjuster on the brake arm to allow a quick adjustment.

Clear rear lights were added along with LED bulbs and some chunky ugly front indicators so it can pass its yearly test, i also managed to squeeze on the bar crash protectors!.

Now i ran it with this setup for about 3 weeks, i found it really hard to keep the wheelies going as the power would just tail off after the initial acceleration, now it was very quick dont get me wrong, it was VERY impressive for a stock engine and was wizzing off to 30mph in seconds and stomping off to 60mph easily, but that oomph at high rpm just wasnt there and i was finding it very hard to learn to wheelie with, so with a heavy heart i took it back into the workshop and planned my next move....

First thing i tried was a new exhuast made by chicken stop, it was a proper expansion chamber exhaust that was hidden inside a stock looking exhaust with a very effective silencer, problem was it really was very quick and certainly made more power but it didnt have any low speed torque or power, no matter how much i fiddled with CVT settings and clutch springs, it just would not lift the front wheel without hanging off the back like a moron, so i had no choice but to go big bore!.

It now is the perfect wheelie machine, i can lift it up at any speed below 20mph without leaning too much and it can keep the front end up with just the throttle till about 45mph, on flat ground im hitting a indicated 67mph (thats on my very accurate KOSO gauge) i really love this bike, even more so than the PMX!.

Enjoy the pics!.
