My bike is a 2001 PGO PMX 110, its a 2 stroke with an actual displacement of 106cc, its a nippy little bike but when i bought it, it was in a little bit of a state.
I bought it from a local PGO dealer, nice enough guy as he lets me ride all his bikes and test out new releases (like the i'me) but i payed over the odds for it at around £500, doesnt sound alot but they are worth £250-£300, i did haggle a new paint job on the panels and wheels with new drivetrain and loads of other new bits.

It did look like new but somethings were obvious,
Performance wasnt so great.
Brakes sucked.
Suspension was shot.

So with that i went on the hunt for a tuners, originally i had 'ju feng' do a rebuild with a 53mm piston along with a new variator and some 2000rpm clutch springs, it went alright but i was still not satisfied so i also bought a V8 exhaust and suddenly i was introduced into the world of power wheelies and performance tuning....

There was a HUGE flat spot which was really annoying from a standing start, it was what was causing the power wheelies, plus the clutch would judder and not grip after about 10 mins, i learnt that the standard carb couldnt keep up with the engine and exhaust and also that 2000rpm clutch springs on a stock clutch aint such a good thing, i went through 2 clutchs and 3 or so clutch bells before i learnt my lesson.

I had the front brake installed by RRGS, after their great service i decided to stick with them as 'ju feng' werent so keen on my bike and did a shit job on rebuilding my engine.
I had a 28mm carb installed by a jackass off yahoo auctions, it was a BIG mistake as he couldnt set it up right, it was idling at 5000rpm at the lights and ran like shit, it took alot of work to get that sorted.

I did a long trip with the missus to the PGO factory, on the way back i did a speed run for about 20 seconds, the engine lost power and died, after pushing it to a local shop (not far as theres millions of them) it turns out it was fine, it just overheated due to not having enough oil and i had damaged the engine (great!), this was 'ju fengs' fault as i asked them if i needed to add extra oil after the rebuild, they said no!.

So that leads it to now, i have had it rebuilt to 56mm and a serious porting job along with a yet to be installed 52mm race crank and loads of cosmetic additions, after all the things i have been through i have learnt alot, enjoy the pics of my bike, the spec keeps changing so be sure to check back to see more pics and info!.
