This is now my daily use bike, a 200cc monster of a scooter!. Simply awesome to ride, i cant possibly type what i think of it here, i just love it to bits!.

So far the mods are limited to the following:

260mm rear disc

8000k HID kit

M1 custom exhaust system with titanium end can

2008 digital clocks

Clutch kit

RRGS variator

This page will document the rebuild and upgrades i will have done to it, once its complete i will have some nice videos of it as well!.

Engine upgrade

G-MAX 200 with the engine out and the block and head removed, scroll down for pics and info.

Naked engine

There she is bunged up with a cloth to stop nasty stuff getting inside, i was originally planning on 70mm, i then changed my mind and asked to just go for it and wished for 74.5mm, that was the maximum you could go based on my calculations but i overlooked something so obvious.

In this picture my 6000km old engine looks awful, i did get some degreaser afterwards and scrub it clean, doesnt look like new but it looks alot better than this!.

What i missed

Here you can see where i screwed up, the standard piston is 65mm, i only saw the 2 holes to the left in a picture online and this is where i guessed that i could resleeve the block and get 74.5mm, but as you see the sleeve isnt central and is very close to the holes on the right, this stops me from going any bigger than 72mm, the amount of money required to resleeve just isnt worth it for only 2mm extra, i can easily have 70mm on the stock sleeve without having any issues.

So 70mm it is.........yes i am kinda dissapointed!.
